Debatosh is an organic and medicinal chemist with more than two decades of research experience, including over ten years in biotech and pharma drug discovery. He has guided programs from hit identification through lead optimization to preclinical candidate nomination, with oncology, fibrosis, CNS, and infectious disease programs advanced into IND-enabling in vivo studies.
He is known for working closely with biology, DMPK, computational chemistry, and CRO partners, mentoring scientists, and explaining complex data clearly to project teams and senior leadership.
